Those of us who have served in the military tend to burn the candle at both ends. Sleep, rest, and recovery are often after thoughts to an intense schedule of exercise, work, and stress. 

While we all want to excel at our jobs, look like Greek gods, and generally be able to kick ass, missing out on rest and recovery can stop your growth where it is.
