When it comes to fitness, a lot of people freak out about the holidays. That's because Thanksgiving and Christmas bring turkey, pumpkin pie, candied yams, and lots of other temptations.

And the fact of the matter is that eating it is almost mandatory. If you don't participate you miss out on time with family and memories that can be made.

But it isn't impossible to enjoy the holidays without slapping on 10-15 pounds. In fact, the holidays are a great time to get in shape.

In this fitness notes episode, I cover a strategy to help get you through the next six weeks and come out on top of your fitness.

The point is this: don't wait until New Years to get in shape. You can start right now and still enjoy all of the holiday meals coming to you.
